I had a great experience with the home inspection process. As a first time buyer Chad was informative and had great communication. He made himself available for last minute questions and reached out to provide any updates. Inspection report was informative and easy to follow along. Highly recommend if you are in the process of selecting a home inspector at a good price point and thorough inspection.

I learned about Chad through his website. When I texted him to set up appointment for Wind Mitigation Inspection, he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about this inspection. I have an 11 year old home that we bought new but still wasn't sure what he would find. Inspection day was perfect. He arrived on time, performed his tasks, and assured me that my roof was in decent shape for 11 years old and that everything from my builder matched the building codes. In person, Chad is really easy to talk with and he makes sure that you understand what he is explaining. I received the report that evening and it was very professional and makes a great presentation. Chad's website presents the man you will work with perfectly! I will definitely work with Chad again when I need this type of service. He was perfect!!!
