How do I request a commercial inspection quote?

Call us to discuss your property, including its age, size, and use. We’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs, then provide a timeline and pricing estimate. Most consultations take just a few minutes.

How long does a commercial inspection take?

Timeline depends on property size and age. A small office suite (under 5,000 sq ft) typically takes 3–4 hours. A multi-unit apartment complex or larger commercial building can take 6–8 hours or more. We'll provide a time estimate during your consultation.

Can you inspect my property on nights or weekends?

Yes. We work around your schedule and your tenants' schedules. Contact us to arrange a time that works.

Can you identify code violations?

Yes. We assess compliance with current Florida building code and flag violations that affect occupancy, safety, or liability. We'll note what needs correction and the urgency level.

Do you inspect the roof from the ground or by walking it?

We walk the roof when safe and accessible. If a roof is unsafe or inaccessible, we assess from the ground and note the limitation in our report.

What if I'm buying this property and need the inspection quickly?

When I texted him to set up appointment for Wind Mitigation Inspection, he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about this inspection.  I have an 11 year old home that we bought new but still wasn't sure what he would find.  Inspection day was perfect.
